Quotation Process

Drawings
Please send the processing drawings via email; original Japanese drawings are also acceptable. Please also inform us of your requirements such as pricing expectations and delivery time. We can accommodate all processing requirements and material specifications—feel free to entrust us with your quotation request.

Technical Confirmation
Your drawings will be carefully reviewed and quoted by our technical sales engineers with professional machining expertise. A key advantage of ours is that if there are any deficiencies or ambiguities in the drawings, we will promptly communicate and coordinate improvement suggestions between you (the customer) and the manufacturer.

Quotation
For standard part drawings, we can provide a quotation response within one business day. For complex parts with certain technical challenges, the quotation period may be slightly longer.

Contract Signing
Confirmation of signature and seal shall be conducted via a PDF document sent by email. If you need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or have other requirements, please feel free to contact us at any time.
